HR Manager - 12 month FTC - up to £32K - Leicestershire
Our client, a global leader in innovation within their field, are looking for an experienced and ideally CIPD qualified HR Manager to join them to cover a period of maternity. Supporting a client group of around 200 over 2 sites and with a small team, you'll offer a broad generalist service to managers and staff.
As HR Manager, your role would be broadly generalist in nature and as such you'll get involved in organisational development, appraisal process and development, recruitment, training (including coaching), ER including working with unions, Comp & bens to include salary review process, change management, policy updates and internal communications.
You will act as an ambassador of the organisations values and help to steer managers on the right course of action. Acting as the conscious of the business you'll help set the tone and ensure that the right support reaches the right people.
You'll need to be an experienced HR generalist used to a stand alone role - although you will manage 1 x HR Admin. You'll need to be a credible business leader with experience of change management from a commercial environment. Some travel to the Hertfordshire site will be required too.
