Your main responsibilities as HR Manager will include advising managers on performance, disciplinary, grievance and other HR issues (both formal and informal), as well as helping managers to identify risks in respect of case management. Acting as the HR Advisor in disciplinary investigations, and managing sickness absence in allocated business areas. You will also take a lead on TUPE transfers (both incoming and outgoing) ensuring legal and business requirements are met, and have the opportunity to support the HR Business Partner with key business projects.
The ideal candidate will be at least part-qualified CIPD and have first class communication skills. You will already have broad reaching HR generalist experience, and be ready for your next career move. You will also have an innovative approach and excellent problem solving skills. Your ability to influence and prioritise in a fast changing environment will also be key.
