As the HR Manager you will have a strong generalist background working within this business that provides outsourced consultancy services to a large client group.
In this role you will have be offering advice to management on all HR related matters within your client base, advise on all employee relations queries including redundancies, dissmisals & performance management, payroll activities and take ownership of generalist HR activities. You will use excellent communication skills to work alongside other departments to ensure that all clients receive a seamless service.
You will have the ability to build excellent client relationships and promote team spirit and commitment to team objectives, posses a high level of integrity and be self confident with a driven attitude. Strong UK Employment Law experience and a practical hands on approach to day to day activities is vital to be successful in this role. European HR experience would be advantageous.
