The HR Manager will be responsible for the management of Head Office and will lead on H&S policy and implementation ensuring the office operates efficiently and within budget.

As part of this newly created role the successful HR Manager will equip managers with the personal skills and knowledge to manage the people implications of business, whilst ensuring the company attracts, retains and develops talented people to achieve organisational success. We have ambitious plans to grow and this role will be pivotal in us achieving our goals.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and influence this Multi-National Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the HR function and management of Head Office, ensuring the company operates to high professional standards of people management.
*To develop and implement a business aligned People Strategy aimed at supporting and enabling business goals to be achieved
*Act as chief advisor to the MD and Management Team in all matters relating to people policies and practices enabling people to maximise their contributions and achieve maximum engagement
To ensure delivery of a responsive and value-adding HR service, helping managers deal with complex people issues
*Coach and develop the HR & Operations Assistant using excellent leadership skills enabling the highest standards of HR service to be provided at all levels
*Develop an annual Learning & Development Plan comprising individual development plans and company-wide development initiatives aimed at helping the business to continue to grow and be successful
*Develop a suite of management programmes to ensure line managers understand their responsibilities and are equipped to deliver against them
*Maintain and develop policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements, best practice and ensuring the companies culture and values are reflected therein
*Maintain, review and develop the company's reward structure ensuring fairness, consistency and market competitiveness
*Own the recruitment process from cradle to grave
*Responsible for the management of Head Office including, health & safety, service providers ensuring quality services are provided in the most cost-effective way.
Skills & Experience:
*Minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience operating at both strategic and operational levels
*Proven experience of leading on people strategies aligned to business strategies
*Innovative and commercially aware, able to gain respect from key stakeholders quickly
*Evidence of operating at HRM/Business Partner level adding real operational value through a solutions-focussed approach
*Experience of working in a fast-paced private sector environment delivering a value-adding HR service
*Background in 'Blue Chip' HR Operations (desirable)
*Leading on the implementation of business changes in line with business strategy and operational plans
*Trusted confidante - a HR professional seen as a trusted advisor to colleagues at all levels in the organisation with the ability to move things forward in support of the business and consistent with professional people practices
*A strong, credible professional, able to influence senior leads and employees without line authority
