Our Peterborough based client is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join them on a full time and permanent basis. This is a stand-alone HR role within a busy company, you will be required to turn your hand to a variety of tasks and work closely with senior management, offering support and guidance when required.
Previous HR Management experience is essential to be considered for this vacancy; experience of working in a stand-alone capacity within a small to medium business is also highly advantageous.
The successful applicant will offer HR support across the business and will be responsible for overseeing and implementing all HR practices. This is a highly-varied role, the successful applicant will conduct a variety of tasks and will be a key point of contact within the business. Responsibilities range from HR administration through to strategy and resource planning. We are seeking a passionate and qualified HR professional who is committed and driven within their work.
• Develop and implement HR strategies

• Incorporate FCA requirements in line with HR functions

• Previous HR Management experience
• Up to date with Employment and Health & Safety legislation
• CIPD qualified
