We are working with a business who provide business support to the health care industry.
They are now looking at recruiting an HR Manager
This role will be responsible for an HR team of 6 and in turn this will report into a Head of HR who will be driving the strategic agenda.
This is very pacey environment with a lot of different demands from your stakeholder groups, and will be the escalation point for the HRBP's. Will look at efficiency improvements, be responsible for development of your team, and also supporting and coaching stakeholders.
The HR team work closely with each other, passionate about what they do and how HR can add value.
The successful candidate will have previously people managed, will be highly organised, with a good understanding of high volume ER / HR shared service environments and ideally CIPD level 7.
