I am looking for an HR Manager to work at for a Luxury company in the West End. There are about 350 people in the office and you will be in an HR team of 3 supporting the Chief People Officer. They are a fantastic company who are a sort after business to work for.
In this very rounded HR Generalist role they are looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong experience in ER - D&G/Performance Management/Capability issues, TUPE if possible, redundancy procedures/meetings, running a payroll that has included commission and overtime calculations, recruitment of a range of roles but particularly customer facing positions as well as much more.
The successful candidate will come from luxury service - high end hospitality, retail environments or similar would work well. You will have an agile, pro-active, roll your sleeves up attitude. They want candidates who are very bright and hungry!
