Recruitment Manager - Horsham - £27,000.00 - 9 Month FTC - Maternity Cover

My client a well known leader in their sector is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to join their team for a maternity cover.

The successful candidate will manage the recruitment process from start to finish and drive the companies strategic recruitment goals

Key Skills and Responsibilities -

- Managing the recruitment process start to finish
- Strategically managing recruitment in the most cost effective and efficient way whilst maintaining the employer brand
- Monthly reporting on the recruitment and advertising strategies 
- Driving company recruitment campaigns 
- Line managing a team of 1-2 recruitment officers
- Building and maintaining the employer brand in the local area 
- Attending Job fairs, arranging and running company open days to drive recruitment 
- Recognising gaps in recruitment and making suggestions for constructive change
- Liaising with and Recruitment agencies and building relationships 

Essential Skills -

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Stong Recruitment experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
