Your new role
Your new role will be to work with key stakeholders and client groups delivering a professional HR service across the full employee lifecycle and supporting the business to achieve its overarching commercial and people goals. You will contribute proactively to HR best practice within the organisation whilst supporting rapid change and growth. Key responsibilities of yours will be to advise and support managers with any employee relation matters, support managers in creating and driving a high performance culture, supporting them with succession planning and identifying key talent within the business, help to embed an ongoing performance management approach, provide MI support and identify opportunities for improvement and support and support the roll out of companywide development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have demonstrable experience as a HR Manager in a SME, be CIPD qualified and have a good level of change management experience.
What you'll get in return
£45000 - £50000, 25 days holiday plus statutory, 3% matched pension contribution.
