An opportunity for an experience HR generalist to join a growing organisation as a HR Manager to work closely with the Head of HR to run a successful HR service

My client is a global hospitality organisation with a growing portfolio of hospitality and retail brands

Description

As a HR Manager, you will work closely with the Head of HR to provide a first class HR service to the business. This will include:

  • Build effective relationships with Managers across the business offering advice and coaching based on business needs
  • Provide commercial guidance on the application of HR procedure and UK employment law
  • Assist in the management on annual HR processes
  • Regular reporting on HR projects and case load
  • Management of employee relations matters

Profile

In order to be successful in this growing hospitality business you will ideally:

  • Have experience of running a small shared service operation
  • Experienced HR Manager/Business Partner
  • Have operated in a customer focused organisation
  • Ability to oversee payroll activity
  • Managing the day to day work and progression on junior HR professionals
  • Strong generalist experience including recruitment, employee relations, process improvement and various HR projects

Job Offer

£45,000 - £50,000
