New opportunity to lead an HR Department as an HR Manager for a well-known business based in Redhill. You will work with a team of 4 to deliver and develop an effective HR service. Salary £38,000-£40,000, depending on experience.

In this role you will:
• Deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business, including resource planning, recruitment, training, pensions, appraisals, sickness & absence, and disciplinary action
• Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur
• Advise all managers regarding HR best practice and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team
• Ensure the HR system is up-to-date and accurate
• Provide pastoral support and advice to employees
• Perform designated Safeguarding Officer responsibilities
• Manage the HR Department, encouraging a positive team environment and providing additional assistance and training where required

Key requirements:
• You must be CIPD qualified
• At least 2 years’ experience in an HR role at a similar level
• Demonstrable line manager experience and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to be flexible and adapt to change
• A team-orientated approach
