This is an exciting new role for an HR Manager with an expanding Legal 500 Law Firm. Your remit will cover a broad range of HR matters including recruitment, employee relations, assisting with strategic direction for HR matters, and overseeing training and coaching.
Ideally you will have legal sector experience, and have worked in a generalist HR role, developing a good understanding of Employment law and HR processes. You will have excellent communication and time management skills and, again ideally, have a CIPD Membership & Qualification (Level 7) or be a Chartered Member of CIPD
