Your new role
Interim contract managing an HR team who provide transactional HR and payroll services to the wider business. As well as managing the team you will have the opportunity to review the transactional processes making changes to drive efficiencies where relevant. The team is also responsible for managing the HRIS and there will be some changes required to this throughout the contract. With the introduction of new data protection rules you will be involved in a project team to ensure compliance with the regulation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have managed a transactional team in the past and have a good knowledge of HR, payroll and pension related processes. You will have a eye for detail and be systems orientated and always keen to drive continuous improvement.
