HR manager

My client is urgently looking for a stand-alone HR Manager on an initial 6 month contract based in Crawley. Ideally you will currently be working as a HR advisor/Senior HR advisor or HR manager with a recruitment focus.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Maintain the HR database.
*Manage Investigation, Disciplinary, Appeal and Grievance process.
* Manage starter, leaver, changes report monthly.
*Assist in writing Job Descriptions, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, attending interviews and offering feedback.
*Complete Inductions with staff to cover all company policies.

The ideal candidate will have:
*Good working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook & the Internet.
*Excellent spoken and written English.
*Good clear telephone manner.
*Attention to detail.
*Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
*Ability to work in a team and individually.
*Good organisational skills and ability to priorities key tasks.
