Permanent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager for a large FMCG company based in North Shropshire.

This is an HR Generalist role working with the Commercial Team.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience
Significant experience in operating in a HR Advisor position
Experience working in business partner/matrix structure
Proven experience of leading HR Project workstreams
Proven R&S experience (large scale & diverse roles)
HR legislative undertstanding/knowledge
Proven experience in advising on complex ER matters (grievance, disciplinary,performance management, absence etc)
Experience in leaing organisational change/restructures
Working knowledge of TUPE

Professional Qualifications:-

CIPD Qualified (Post Graduate Diploma in HRM)
Thomas International/MBTI/NLP qualification

Hours are full time Monday - Friday, free parking, excellent company benefits, salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.
