Your role will be influential within the management team and responsible for all aspects of human resources management, maintaining the culture and vision of the business from a team perspective.
Your varied role will include:
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including the maintenance of a talent pipeline ensuring that the business has a strong local employment profile and supporting managers with their team structure, job design and development.
-Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that motivates and rewards high performance.
-Managing overall HR policies, processes and systems whilst providing consistency across the business, including pay and benefits program, induction and training program. Plus staff handbook.
- Managing all aspects of payroll processing with the support of an assistant; including pensions, benefits, reporting, unpaid sickness etc.
-Supporting Health & Safety processes and H&S committee.

Experience of using SAGE 50 payroll would be preferable.
