HR Manager

I am recruiting for an HR Manager position for an industry-leading Retail/Wholesale company in Camberley. This is a 12-month contract paying a salary of up to £48,000, dependent on level of experience. Benefits include great holiday, gym and a subsidised onsite restaurant.

This is an exciting role that encompasses HR Manager and HR Business Partner duties, such as employee relations, recruitment and supporting the HR Team. It is suited to candidates used to working in large matrix companies. The role involves overseas travel 3 or 4 times a year.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining HR partnerships in the UK and abroad
- Liaising with regional HR teams to drive the development of UK-wide HR policies
- Managing compensation and benefits activity, including the annual review
- Improving employee engagement in line with our values

The ideal candidate must:
- Be CIPD qualified
- Have previous experience of working in a complex matrix company
- Have demonstrated experience of managing compensation and benefits activity
- Be willing to travel abroad 3-4 times a year
- Have a up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Have excellent communication skills and be a results-driven team player
