HR Manager - Temporary- Fareham
We are working with a client who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to assist them with setting up a HR framework to support a new business of approximately 40 staff.
The successful HR Manager would have a strong generalist HR background and have experience in assisting with recruitment and setting up a HR function.
Your responsibilites would include the following:-
- Writing job specifications
- Devising contracts
- Setting up a benefit structure
- Producing an employee handbook
- Recruiting from CEO level to a receptionist
- HR policy documentation
- Employee Relations
CIPD Level 5 or above
