One of our favourite clients, a fast growing and exciting start-up based who have recently moved to some modern offices in Paddington, has just gone through its second round of investment and are now looking for a passionate and motivated HR Manager to help manage some ambitious growth plans! The company offers an innovative Fibre Broadband product with Gigabit speeds, faster than anyone else on the block. With a fresh look at the market space and a creative outlook, they have an extremely friendly and approachable team with Directors that are open to innovative ideas and creative solutions.
The office environment is very entrepreneurial and ambitious. They currently supply over 10,000 homes with the fastest broadband available and aim to pass hundreds of thousands in the coming 5 years!
You will be in charge of establishing processes and supporting the business in guiding the management in all areas, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management and compensation and benefits.
You will also be working with the CFO and Executive Team in order to increase individual and team performance. It will be your duty to support your staff and ensure that everyone is treated equally.
To be a successful candidate you will have a CIPD or an equivalent qualification and have a good knowledge of Employment Laws and Regulations. You will have previous experience of working in a similar role and ideally, you will be able to work across all areas of an organisation.
You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be passionate and motivated about joining a fast paced environment.
If you have worked for a start-up or Telecoms company before (or both!), this would be a great benefit.
What’s in it for you?
If successful, you will get a base salary of £40,000-£45,000 with bonuses of up to 10%. Another benefit of being a successful candidate will mean that you will be eligible for the company’s pension scheme. Alongside that, you will be joining a motivated and enthusiastic team that work hard and really pushing to do something different.
