We are working with one of the largest fresh produce suppliers who are looking to recruit a Transformational HR Manager reporting into the HR Director. This position will support the development of the people strategy and practices, along with leading and implementing the employee engagement strategy within the business and ensuring that the culture is aligned for further growth plans.
Take the lead on operational HR plans.
Formulate HR plans, policies and procedures in line with business objectives.
Implement succession plans to ensure talent pipeline.
Offer coaching and mentoring.
Manage and review the PSL for the business.
For this role you must be CIPD qualified and have a minimum of 5 years transformational HR experience within a FMCG business ideally food or fresh produce.
You will have previous experience in a HR leadership role.
Be highly organised and with excellent communication skills at all levels.
Ability to influence senior managers.
