A prestigious international Architecture and Interior Design House based in the West End of London are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their successful company.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Office Manager and report directly to the Finance Director. You will be expected to hold a CIPD accredited (or equivalent) qualification and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field. Responsibilities will include:
Managing all recruitment activity including new employee onboarding
Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness.
Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law
Managing all HR administration as this is a stand-alone role
Assisting with general Office Management duties in the absence of the Office Manager
Superb communication skills and an ability to build a rapport with employees on all levels is essential. In addition you must have a strong understanding of employment law and a professional and commercial approach to HR.
