We are currently recruiting for a key client of ours within the Luxury FMCG / Retail industry, who are looking for a new PART TIME HR Manager to join their busy team.
The post will be 3 full days a week, 9am-6.00pm, although there may be some flexibility for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR team, working closely with the COO of the business.
Duties will include:
- On-boarding new employees
- Dealing with Starters / Leavers
- Maintaining employee sickness / holiday records
- Maintaining all HR processes and procedures
- Updating Employee Handbook when required.
The successful candidate will be a good communicator, both written and verbal, and be used to working in a small team and helping out with whatever work needs completing.
