We are seeking to appoint a HR professional to join a growing business in West London. The business was established in 2008 and has now grown to the point where someone is needed to run the HR functions within the business. There is lots of scope to put in place effective workforce development procedures and practices and to work closely with the founder to continue the company's positive culture. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to a growing business.
This role will suit someone who is looking for a role where they will be the sole HR person in the business. You will be the 'go to' person for all matters connected with HR and will be seeking an autonomous role where you will work closely with the founder of the business who will rely on your advice and expertise to help build on the foundations that have been set in place. The industry the successful candidate will come from isn't important but what is vital is a 'can do', positive attitude and a desire to take ownership of an extremely important function within the business. It is likely that you will have worked within a SME environment in the past and have good knowledge of generalist HR matters.
