Experienced HR Manager or HR professional with standalone experience is required by a leading manufacturing business. You will be required to offer a broad generalist service to managers and staff (headcount 90).
As HR Manager, you will get involved in organisational development, appraisal process and development, recruitment, training (including coaching), ER including working with unions, compensation & benefits to include salary review process, change management, policy updates and internal communications. You will act as an ambassador of the organisations values and help to steer managers on the right course of action. Acting as the conscious of the business you'll help set the tone and ensure that the right support reaches the right people. You'll need to be an experienced HR generalist used to a stand alone role - You'll need to be a credible business leader with experience of change management from a commercial environment. Some travel to their Buckinghamshire site will be required too.
