We are recruiting exclusively on behalf of a national manufacturing company who require an HR Manager to join their successful and growing team. The HR Manager will be responsible for and based at their West London manufacutring site - working with a team of two additional HR Managers to deliver a comprehensive HR strategy group wide.
You will be an experienced generalist responsible for advising and assisting Senior Stakeholders on all HR related matters including the following:
- Resourcing and Talent Planning.
- Learning and Development.
- Employee Relations and Employee Engagement.
- Performance and Reward.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Previous experience working on-site for a manufacturing company
- 3years+ HR management experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong IT skills including Excel and People HR.
