Cameron James is proud to be partnering with a forward thinking and hugely successful manufacturing company within the Bradford area for the recruitment of a HR Manager.
As the HR Manager within this business you will enjoy both a strategic and hands-on approach, a true standalone generalist role, with the backing and support from the leadership team.
You will be involved in enhancing, developing and maintaining their current HR systems, whilst taking the lead in continually shaping the culture of the business and taking an active part in company's business goals.
You will be able to balance the blend of both shop floor and office staff, providing a visible and approachable presence to all staff.
You will be managing career development, evaluating and formulating succession planning
You will be issuing all HR documentations from new starters, leavers, contracts and development plans and accurately managing all work flows
You will also take the lead in recruitment and resourcing, training and coaching of managers to effectively utilise the staff development and management tools.
You will also be a champion of the company's value, promoting at all times, combined with managing staff events from the Christmas party to Easter Egg hunts.
This role is truly hands on and varied, you will also feel part of something special and feel valued as the company grows from strength to strength.
If you are a HR Manager or a Senior HR Advisor, CIPD qualified or qualified through experience with a proven track record of working in a generalist role, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment, then this could be an ideal role for you.
The successful candidate will also have a positive and upbeat attitude combined with a strategic approach, you'll be a self starter and commercially minded. If this is you then we're keen to hear from you.
In return you will receive a fantastic salary of up to £35,000 per annum dependent on your experience along with great company benefits including 25 days holiday, healthcare scheme, cycle to work scheme and free parking.
