SF Group are looking for an immediately available HR Manager for a large public sector organisation in Birmingham City Centre.
- Long term interim assignment
- Salary is up to £35,000
- Experience handling a large volume of ER cases
- Experience building rapport with unions and unionised staff
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
- Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
