HR Manager - London
Our client is a highly successful internet business, who are market leaders in their industry sector. With continued growth and fundamental change occurring across the business, HR is playing a key part in driving forward the organisation. As a result there is a need for an HR Manager to join the team and help to develop the HR proposition across the company. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be providing guidance to managers on all aspects of HR, so to foster a high performance culture. Working on all areas of employee relations, you will work closely with managers in developing their ability to work through such HR matters as grievances and disciplinaries, whilst also ensuring all HR policies and processes are fit for purpose. With HR looking to build their profile in the business, you will be resourceful in recommending new HR initiatives and look at new ways to communicate with the business. Other areas you will work on will include recruitment and selection, supporting the annual salary/performance review process and collating HR reports to understand any HR trends occurring across the organisation. This is a fabulous opportunity to work closely with their newly appointed Head of HR to contribute towards building the capability of the HR function. A pragmatic, resourceful and professional approach will be needed, as well as the ability to prioritise various workloads, whilst ensuring projects are delivered to agreed timescales. With a strong track record as an HR Generalist, you will have previously worked in a commercially focused and fast paced business.
