HR Manager - London
Our client is a medium sized financial services business undergoing further international growth. With an established HR team in place, they require an experienced HR Generalist to join this dynamic HR function. Whilst supporting senior members of the business on more strategic HR issues, you will also offer HR generalist guidance on more day to day, operational HR matters. This will include employee relations matters, including performance management, recruitment and selection and general advice around HR policies and processes. There will be ad-hoc projects to work on including, the review and implementation of new HR policies, the roll out of a new behavioural framework, policy work around the General Data Protection Regulation and assistance with the growth of the business into new markets in Europe. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your HR skills with a well knitted and highly successful HR team. As a true team player, you will have a can-do attitude and be a strong influencer at all levels in a business. With previous HR business partnering experience within the financial services sector, any previous international HR exposure would be advantageous.
