HR Manager - Banking Services - Up to £50,000

Our client is a successful banking services provider with an excellent repuation and a broad range of services available to a wide market accross the UK.

Due to expansion they are looking to expand their HR Department with the addition of a HR Manager.

Up to £50,000

Full Time, Permanent

Surrey/SW London

Duties Include:

  • In line with the company’s mission, vision and values, you will act as an ambassador of the company’s core values
  • Ensuring engagement with all internal stakeholders that play a key role in the delivery of group objectives
  • Key focus being management capability, embedding new culture, values and behaviours and driving a high performance culture
  • Provision of regular educational updates to the Head of operations & MD
  • Provide team with advice and support on various strategic HR issues including, but not limited to, organisational change; employee relations; employment law
  • Design and drive through performance management tools to allow the development of both management and leadership capability within the organisation
  • Develop and implement a Performance Review process for all employees
  • Implement and manage succession planning
  • Work with the management team in order to ensure sufficient resourcing levels
  • Carry out training needs analysis of the whole group including regular meetings with management
  • Supporting and developing induction trainers alongside Compliance Director
  • Oversee Health & safety issues of the group
  • Escalate to the board all significant ER / business issues
