About the Role:
As HR System Information Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with implementation of global HR systems and to establish a smooth transition into daily working practice for users (staff members, and HR). Work closely with the HR team to assist with co-ordination of system fixes, improvements and upgrades.
What will you be doing?
Assisting with set up of new HR systems and helping with its maintenance thereafter.
Knowledge sharing and providing regular updates to all HRIS users across EMEA region
Data protection administration across EMEA region
Participates as a project team member in HRIS related projects
What have you done?
Experience of supporting HR systems ideally with full process and system implementation lifecycle
Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office Products (MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word) and Lotus Notes
Understanding of business structure, HR processes and data integrity
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
Collaborative worker able to forge good working relationships
