In this full time role you will:
Manage all aspects of HR; Recruitment, ER case management, Employee engagement, sickness and absence, starters and leavers as well as staff development. You will manage the employee life cycle and also work to coach and develop management teams. You will be responsible for site Health and Safety and ideally NEBOSH qualified. Whilst the organisation has HR policies and procedures, they do not have an in house HR service.
