HR Generalist - Chiswick (remote working) - £25k - £35k + benefits
Our client is well known retail company based in Chiswick, due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit a HR Generalist, This is a hybrid role working 2 to 3 days in their offices, the rest of the time you will be working remotely.
Reporting to the Group Head of HR, this role is essentially client facing to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive HR service to the business working closely with all departments in providing support and advice in all aspects of people management from resourcing, on boarding, developing, ER, retention and data analysis. It’s a hands-on role working with one other HR generalist being the first point of contact and building engagement levels.
You will be approachable, confident, possess a "can do" attitude and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a good team player. You will be a highly organised individual with good decision making, influencing and ethical conduct skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with people at all levels.
The successful candidate will ideally be Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
