Key responsibilities will include:
Deliver the HR strategy of attracting, engaging and retaining the best talent through the delivery of the core HR services of recruitment, performance management, absence management and employee relations.
Provide day-to-day guidance to line managers and staff on HR policies and procedures and be available to support in all HR related matters including recruitment, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance management.
Develop proactive relationships with the business and stakeholders to continue to build the credibility and reputation of the HR team as knowledgeable, commercial business partners.
Identify and implement solutions to meet resourcing requirements through the website, internal advertising, job boards and social media.
Co-deliver training with the L&D Manager to up skill line managers on HR related issues including absence management, performance management, investigations and interview skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous generalist HR experience.
The ability to influence and build effective working relationships across the business.
The ability to work autonomously and manage own workload.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards in all situations.
