An exciting opportunity to work as HR Generalist for an energy firm based in London. In your new role as HR Generalist you'll be reporting directly to the HR Operations Manager.
Your new role
As HR Generalist in the London office, you'll be central to the company's HR EMEA function. You'll act as the first point of call for all HR-related activities, with a focus on ER. You'll also be involved in talent acquisition, employee on-boarding and departures, mergers and acquisitions and payroll and benefits.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll succeed in this HR Generalist role with experience as an HR Generalist/Advisor, having offered guidance to a UK-wide workforce based at multiple sites. Strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills and proven ability to use an HRIS system are also essential. Experience of using an electronic payroll system and Workday HR system is desirable. A Bachelor's Degree is essential, preferably gained in HR management.
