Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating the HR system
  • On boarding and off boarding of new starters and leavers
  • Maintaining employee life-cycle documentation
  • Assisting with recruitment, e.g. scheduling interviews and holding interviews
  • Advising on HR policies and procedures

Profile

The successful applicant must have:

  • Excellent academics, minimum degree 2:1 with strong A-Levels and GCSEs
  • Immediate availability
  • Recent and relevant HR experience within the Financial Services
  • The ability to confidently liaise with senior members of staff
