An established organisation in the Financial Services are seeking a driven and passionate HR Generalist to join their expanding HR team.

Based in Surrey, you will be responsible for providing and delivering a high quality and professional HR generalist service to the business teams across the organisation. The successful candidate will be required to provide timely and effective HR solutions and practical support to assist line managers in achieving their goals with a local context that comply with the company HR policies, best practice and legislative requirements.

Given the scope of this position it is essential that the job holder has the following knowledge and experience:

·The successful candidate will have previous generalist HR experience gained in a Financial Services environment in a similar role.
·Ability to influence and build effective working relationships across the business
·Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
·Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards in all situations
