HR Executive - Law Firm

An international Law firm require a HR executive due to expansion within their London Offices.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Practice Manager & Head of Operations, undertaking all matters within the Human Resources remit to include end to end recruitment, training and development and HR administration in addition to playing a key role in succession and HR planning activities to ensure future growth and success of the firm as a whole.
Main Duties involve:
*To be able to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
*Manage Employee relations, including absences, disciplinary's, grievances and sickness
*Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
*Training: Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
*Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
*Reward advice and supporting employees on company benefits
*Examples of adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member
*Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
*Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team.
*Ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture
*Demonstrable experience in managing TUPE, redundancy or other relevant HR projects
*Strong understanding of employment law
*Ideally hold a CIPD or equivalent qualification
*Experience in a similar role within a Law Firm
37.5 hours a week, based in their London office, but visits to Manchester office will be expected
