*Undertake design of e-learning interventions that support the objectives of the business
*Design learning interventions that support divisional specific strategic drivers which can enable the delivery of the people strategy
*Work with team SMEs and wider learning team to ensure solutions are designed to customer and learner needs
*Project manage the design of solutions from the interpretation of learning needs through to delivery
*Undertake thorough 'train the trainer' activities as appropriate to facilitate handover of learning materials to the delivery resources.
