As the business expands into Europe, they're looking to recruit a progressive, passionate and creative HR professional to manage and support all things HR for both the UK and European functions. You will work closely with the board and Senior Leadership team to support and drive improved business performance in line with company objectives across all areas of the business. You will have overall responsibility of all people activity within the business, including recruitment, learning and development, total reward, system implementation, overseeing payroll, organisational development and employee relations.
This is a hands on role where no two days are the same and the successful candidate will be from a high growth and fast paced environment. Knowledge and expertise of managing HR and recruitment on a European/Global basis is essential as is partnering with an Employer of Record Service and knowledge and experience in start-ups is a real plus. Experience of working in a high growth, entrepreneurial SME Company is ideal and FMCG/consumer goods is preferential.
You will also possess demonstrable knowledge of HR practices across Europe, particularly in country regulations, litigation management and avoidance. Coaching mentoring and relationship building is also key to this role, not only for the HR team but also the Leadership team and the wider business. The ability to effectively influence key stakeholders and develop a high performance culture across the business is critical.
Based out of their head office in South Preston, my client is offering a salary of £80,000 - £90,000 + car allowance + bonus and a hybrid working pattern of 3 day's office per week.
