My client a leader in their sector is seeking an interim HR Director to join their team.
Key Skills and Responsibilities -
- Design, develop and deliver the strategic aims of the organisation
- Lead the organisation through change, promoting engaged and high performing teams
- Building successful relationships with the senior leadership team
- Experience managing the HR budget
- Strong knowledge of HR, Learning and Development, Engagement, Diversity, Talent Management, Policies and Procedures, Employment Law, GDPR, Health and Safety, and Organisational Policies
- Chartered fellow of CIPD or member with proven experience working at HR Director level
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding results
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
