A large faith based charity are seeking a HR and Development Officer to join their team.

This is a full 360 role with a strong ER emphasis as well as recruitment. Your duties will include:

  • Employee Relations
  • Case work
  • Recruitment
  • First point of contact for internal staff
  • Preparation and Design of Training
  • Recruitment and Selection

This is a lovely charity and working environment who offer excellent benefits including a final salary pension. The successful candidate will have a good all round HR background including ER and recruitment. CIPD or part CIPD would be beneficial.
