You'll support day-to-day operations and work with the UKI HR team to implement system enhancements and changes. In addition, you can expect to get involved in multiple projects throughout the year as they go through an exciting period of transformation.
A key part of this role will be ensuring and maintaining data integrity in their HR system Resourcelink and other connecting systems. You'll be mapping data interaction touch points and designing control measures to ensure that data integrity and accuracy is maintained effectively.
You'll be the first point of contact for HR Technology cases, applying resolution on first line queries and escalating to the support team where necessary. You'll assist in the development, optimisation, documentation, UAT and rollout of new functionality and HR technology upgrades, supporting system users and providing training as required.
You have proven experience of data cleansing, tracking and reporting as well as leading a business through the process of complex data cleansing across multiple applications
You have a high level of MS Excel competency with experience of creating V Look Ups and Pivot Tables. If you also have a working knowledge of writing macros in VBA, that will be highly beneficial
You're highly detail orientated, have strong attention to detail and are customer focused
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and a collaborative working style with the ability to quickly build effective working relationships with wider team members
You're calm under pressure and able to hit tight deadlines
You'll have experience of HR Technology systems, ideally Resourcelink or a similar HR system
