My client has an interim requirement for a full time HR professional to work in their team. The office environment is modern and spacious with lots of cafés and restaurants near the office. My client is easy to commute to via public transport and car and are situated in Cardiff. I am thrilled to be working with this client again, they offer a really motivating working environment and the organisation has a really great reputation in the area.
In this role you will produce comprehensive reports and analytics for the following areas of the business: Headcount & Turnover, Absence, sickness, starters and leavers. Equality, recruitment, MI packs, cost data and produce metrics on administrative activities. In this role you will be required to provide insight and recommendations using data, provide extractions, manipulations and cleanse data as and when required. You will work closely with the wider HR teams and contribute to the continued improvements within the business.
