Who are we?

HR is currently working with a global private sector business that is looking for a HR Systems Analyst to join their team based in Birmingham. Your role will be to support the senior manager across MI reporting, Analytics and supporting the HR Systems implementing.


* Working with the HR Systems team and various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of consistency high level of service.
* Identifying and Communicating data quality issues
* Creating and delivering of MI requests to the agreed service level agreements
* Documenting key reports, Data and KPI definitions.
* Ensure existing process guides are maintained and new process guides are produced to the agreed team standard. Measure the quality of the team deliverables and enable action plans to be implemented.
* Manage system processes and activities as requested by the business.
* Support the senior manager with the implementation of the new HR System.

What skills are we looking for?

* Experienced with reporting and analytics.
* Proven relevant experience in understanding people data analysis and reporting
* Experience in using data to generate insight and management information.
* Experience of developing management information reporting and dashboards.
* Knowledge of HR Systems
* Stakeholder engagement
