Future Industrial Services is one of the country’s largest providers of liquid waste removal; industrial services such as tank and interceptor cleaning; labour provision to industry; hazardous waste removal; oil/water separation and specialist metal recovery. We are a national company with a Head Office in Liverpool.
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Coordinator based in Liverpool. Reporting to our Group HR Manager, in this full time post you will carry out the full range of HR duties including recruitment (advertising, short listing, interviewing, issuing contracts of employment), maintaining manual and electronic personnel records, employee relations, training and development, preparation of payroll information and input to KPIs. You will work in support of our North West Region comprising around 80 employees working in a variety of roles across the Industrial Services and Waste Management spectrum. The role will require occasional travel to other sites to assist operational managers with HR issues.
What we will provide the right HR Coordinator candidate
We are offering a basic salary of £19-22,000 per year plus annual bonus and company pension. We will also provide training and support to help you develop as an HR professional.
