Operating across the UK, as the HR Coordinator you will report into the HR Business Partner and work closely with the wider HR team. These positions will play a pivotal role in supporting the wider business, key responsibilities include:
*Be a key point of contact for all staff members with any payroll queries.
*Manage the shared mailbox service; resolving any queries directly or forwarding on emails to relevant people as and when required.
*Ensuring all current employees compliance is up to date and all the necessary reference checks are completed in a timely manner.
*Assist with recruitment campaigns for hiring managers this includes; job advertisement, short listing of candidates and interviewing.
*General HR administrative duties.
In applying for this post, you will ideally hold a HR qualification ( CCP Level 3 or above). This role requires someone that has excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven experience in providing excellent customer service. You must have experience in using Microsoft Packages including Excel and Word. You will ideally have previously worked within a small HR team to have good knowledge and understanding of the challenges they face.
Please note: This role will require travel to various locations to support hiring managers with recruitment campaigns.
