Role: HR Co-ordinator
Location: South West London (Kingston)
Hours: 25 hrs a week, 4-5 days per week
Duration: 3-4 months
Pay rate: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour + Holiday pay
Start date: February 2018


A dynamic HR team in a leading healthcare products and services provider is looking for an effective and dependable administrator with good organisational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility to a candidate with the right experience to further enhance their experience, and work as part of a well-established HR team in a global business.

* Offer full administrative support to the HR department, including drafting letter, reports, contracts, training coordination.
*Updating HR and Payroll records, ensuring all activities and changes are documented, and assist with payroll audit
*Scheduling interviews and assisting the recruitment team
*Fleet administration responsibilities, including: collating mileage reports, monthly fines and license checks, fuel cards
*Purchase orders and invoice tracking
*Arranging and booking internal meetings
*Support with employee benefits tasks, from assisting with the yearly reviews to setting up new starters.


*Advanced Microsoft office package and online tools
*Great phone manners
*Previous HR Administration experience (Essential): internal recruitment, payroll admin, contracts, employee benefits, calculating expenses (highly desirable)
*Educated to degree level or equivalent
*Ability to work under pressure
