HR Coordinator - Temporary Opportunities Available in Brighton

Reed HR are seeking a HR Coordinator's on a temporary basis for a number of organisations across Brighton and surroundings. 

As the HR Coordinator you will be a pro-active and independent individual with a good work ethic and ambition.

Your responsibilites as a HR Coordinator will be as follows -

- First port of call for HR support to managers and employees. This would include providing support throughout the life cycle of an employee from joining to leaving
- Advising on all HR and employee relations matters
- Monitor HR reports
- Responsible for absence management for all staff in your business unit
- Support on projects with all stakeholders
- Identify gaps in policies and procedures to support business growth

Experience and Qualifications -

- CIPD qualified or part qualified
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Proactive and use your initiative
- Has integrity, energy, lots of enthusiasm and is hardworking, likeable and approachable
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
