A British outsourcing organisation with bases throughout the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America. Our client specialises in transport, aviation, military weapons, detention centres, call centres and schools on behalf of multiple public and private customers.
On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a HR Coordinator for a 3 month contract based in Dartford.
Main duties are to work alongside and support the HR Advisor to run a large scale change exercise - by coordinating and running group presentations to staff about the changes and impact on them. Also, supporting and run (with the HR Advisor) individual staff meetings (for staff working across various shift patterns). The process will also require a large scale documentation exercise - collating, auditing and verifying documentation in line with our clients processes and standards.
In order to be successful in this role you will possess all or some of the below criteria:
- Ability to work flexibly (mainly Monday-Friday but the odd week you may need to start and finish later depending on shift patterns)
- Can work to tight deadlines
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience of managing projects with competing deadlines
- Able to work within a team
- Experience in change management and training environment is preferred
